Player Registration Deadline To play on Sunday, players must be registered by Thursday at 11:59 PM (midnight). How It Works Thursday 11:59 PM: Registration closes. Friday & Saturday: Two "clear days" for league administration and processing. Sunday: Matchday. Key Takeaway Registered on or before Thursday midnight? Eligible for Sunday's game. Registered Friday morning or later? Not eligible for Sunday; registration rolls over to the following week.
Can I request for a fixture postponement for a school trip

Generally, the league will allow fixture changes for school trips and official school events where the affected club can demonstrate and provide evidence that a significant number of its players will be participating in the event, meaning the fixture cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Please bear in mind the league's general rule on fixtures: the league does not allow requests to change fixtures for general reasons. Rule 18.O 1. Can a 6 year old play in Under 8s
Rules
No, unless a child is 6 prior to 31st August midnight he/she may play U7 or U8. If they turn 6 after this date then they can only play under 7s once they turn 6
Can I enter additional U7/U8 teams before the start of the season?

Yes. As we are introducing a new 3v3 format alongside the traditional 5v5 games, we recognise that clubs may wish to accommodate additional players joining over the summer. If you need to create extra teams from your existing player pool to provide more playing opportunities, please get in touch. We will do our best to include these teams in the league and provide suitable fixtures. We will also continue to consider additional team entries after the season starts and, where possible, introduce further fixtures once the initial rounds of games have been completed.
What are the Kick off times for games
Rules
Kick off times should be organised between 9am and 2pm. any kick off times outside of these times must be agreed by mutual consent of both clubs. Between 9am and 2pm, clubs are asked to mutually agree on a time, taking into account travel and the home club's pitch availability. The home club should ensure that the fixture kick off time is updated on full-time in case a referee should be appointed to the game.
Will the Future Fit playing formats be mandatory for 2026/27 Season?

As far as we understand yes across all leagues as this is set by the FA. We will be able to confirm however once we have been issued the FA standard codes for youth football which is due very soon.
How does the league determine which teams make up a division?
Process
Younger Age Groups (e.g., Under 7s): Because there is little to no historical data on team abilities at this stage, teams are initially grouped based on location to minimise travel. Older Age Groups: As teams play more matches and data becomes available, the league transitions to grouping divisions for following season by similar playing ability to ensure closer, more competitive matches. Note that we cannot always account for changes in squads over the summer period and the process is as best as we can do with the information we have available at the time the leagues are constituted.
What is the process for finalising the divisional groupings?

The league follows a collaborative process to finalize the structure each season: Drafting: The Fixtures Secretary creates a draft constitution of the divisions. Review: This draft is circulated to all Club Secretaries for review. Feedback & Adjustments: New for this year, we are gathering feedback on the draft before the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This allows us to align the structure with the majority of clubs' views ahead of time. Finalisation: Clubs can propose final amendments at the AGM, followed by a league-wide vote to officially ratify the divisions. Note: the criteria for the number of teams in divisions is determine by the a number of considerations. such as number of entries, balance of the teams potential abilities, whether there will be time to conclude the fixtures, considering cups competitions and also to provide enough football for the teams involved.
