Add a count down timer to the start of the season

Added countdown to homepage 1st August
provide flexibility for new teams to form during autumn months and then join between mid November to end of December and then we will give them new fixtures and re juggle the leagues

The BYFL will be happy to consider any late entries until season starts to see if they can be accommodated and also we will look to review fixtures after first rounds are played so there will be the possibility of new teams being considered. Please contact us early to allow us time to plan.
